Frequently asked questions

I can't sign in. What should I do?

Check your internet connection, make sure you are using the same Apple or Google sign-in method you originally used, and restart the app. If you still can't sign in, contact us at support@snapforsale.app.

The app could not recognize my card.

Recognition can be affected by image sharpness, lighting, obstructions, glare, the card's language, and the card version. Try taking the photo again with the whole card in frame, good lighting, and as little glare as possible.

Why is the price different from what I see elsewhere?

Snap Card shows reference market prices or estimates. Actual prices vary with the card's version, language, condition, grading, region, time of sale, and seller fees. We do not guarantee that prices are exact. Price information is for reference only and is not buying, selling, investment, or authentication advice.

Which card games are supported?

We currently support Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and One Piece, and we will keep expanding coverage. If you scan a card that isn't supported yet, the app may return an unsupported result.

How do subscriptions and credits work?

You can view your current plan, credits, and subscription status inside the app, and use Restore Purchases to restore an existing purchase. Subscription management and cancellation are handled through the Apple App Store.

I paid but my Pro access is not active.

First tap Restore Purchases and make sure you have a working internet connection. If Pro access still isn't restored, contact support@snapforsale.app with your purchase date, a subscription screenshot, and your sign-in email.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel, open Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone. Snap Card cannot cancel an Apple subscription on your behalf.

How do I delete my account?

See Delete Account for full account deletion instructions. A Delete Account option is also available inside the app.

How do I report a bug or an incorrect card result?

Email us at support@snapforsale.app with the card image, a screenshot of the result, the card name you expected, and your app version.
