Pick the right subject line
It helps us route you to the right person — please prefix your subject with one of:
- [Account] — login problems, email change, account deletion, missing credits.
- [Refund] — refund requests within the 7-day window (see Terms of Service §7). Include your account email and the payment date.
- [Privacy] — data access, correction, deletion, or any GDPR/CCPA right. Send the request from the email address tied to your account.
- [Bug] — analyses returning wrong results, broken links, payment failures. A screenshot or analysis ID makes everything faster.
- [Partnership] — data, integration, or business inquiries.
